The Better Ways 2024 Call for Proposals opens on March 15th! We're looking for your brilliant ideas to shape a conference that's more than just informative – it's a catalyst for creating positive change in the workplace.

We believe the key to success lies in the powerful combination of technical efficiency and human-centered design.
Here's where you come in!
We're seeking innovative proposals for short talks (10 minutes) and hands-on workshops (90 minutes) that explore the sociotechnical approach across these key areas:
Tech for People, by People: Explore how engineering practices can create technology that augments human capabilities instead of replacing them
Product Development: Designing products with both functionality and the well-being and needs of users in mind.
Rethinking How We Work: Innovative ways of working that leverage both human and technological strengths.
Culture & Organization Design: Building a work environment that fosters collaboration and human connection in the digital age.
